To register and use the 55bmw Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
55bmw reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to satisfy any eligibility criterion will result in immediate account suspension and the forfeiture of any balances attributable to activity conducted in violation of these requirements.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 55bmw Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity documents, mobile numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment instruments — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 55bmw will suspend all duplicate accounts and may permanently close all accounts associated with the same individual, including forfeiture of any funds held therein.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 55bmw account, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information reasonably requested. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55bmw login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. 55bmw will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify 55bmw support immediately by contacting [email protected].
55bmw may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit copies of valid Philippine government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, driver's license, passport) and proof of payment method ownership. 55bmw reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality pending verification.
55bmw accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. 55bmw does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible (a "same-source" policy to prevent money laundering). Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. 55bmw targets processing times of 5–30 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals, though processing times may vary. 55bmw reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.
All transactions on the 55bmw Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 55bmw does not charge currency conversion fees for PHP transactions. Any fees imposed by your payment provider (e.g., GCash transaction fees) are outside 55bmw's control.
Note: 55bmw does not accept cryptocurrency payments. Any funds transferred via cryptocurrency will not be credited to your account and may not be recoverable.
All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback, and promotional credits offered by 55bmw are subject to specific wagering requirements and bonus terms which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms include the following:

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects game outcomes, 55bmw reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. No payouts arising from technical errors will be honored.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55bmw Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable:
All content on the 55bmw Platform — including but not limited to the 55bmw logo, brand name, website design, game graphics, text, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 55bmw or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, resell, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the 55bmw Platform without express written authorization from 55bmw.
55bmw collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
55bmw uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

55bmw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines — reasonably or otherwise — that:
Upon account closure for cause, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. 55bmw will return legitimate balances within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any required review.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
55bmw reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 55bmw will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or by posting an updated version of these Terms on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
